Before proceeding, AZEC supports comparison of specifications, quotations, alternatives, lead times, payment terms and delivery conditions. Where required, we coordinate technical clarifications, samples, drawings and approvals so the selection is based on technical suitability and commercial considerations—not price alone.
Supply Coordination, Documentation & Delivery
After the source is approved, AZEC coordinates order confirmation, production follow-up, required documentation, shipping arrangements and delivery to the agreed destination. We maintain communication between the customer and supplier throughout the supply process to keep requirements, documents and progress aligned.
